Rollbit Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the Rollbit platform at rollbit.cc, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Rollbit and confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Rollbit platform immediately and not proceed with registration or gameplay. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Rollbit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The current version of these Terms — dated at the top of this page — always takes precedence over any previous version.

The Rollbit platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on Rollbit. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception regardless of the nature of the game or the amount of any wager.

By registering on Rollbit, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and betting activity.
• You are acting as an individual and opening the account for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing Rollbit or participating in online betting is unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Rollbit or from any other gaming operator where Rollbit has agreed to honour such exclusions.
• You are not a Rollbit employee, contractor, or close relative of a Rollbit employee.

Rollbit performs age and identity verification checks as part of standard account opening and at any subsequent point it deems necessary. If you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested, Rollbit reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold funds pending resolution.

Creating a Rollbit account is free. To register, you must provide your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information — including a false name or date of birth — is a direct breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Person — No Exceptions. Every individual is permitted to hold exactly one Rollbit account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device IDs — is strictly prohibited. If Rollbit detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, all pending bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated using bonus funds may be voided. The player will be notified of any action taken.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rollbit login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Rollbit will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Rollbit support immediately.

All transactions on Rollbit are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Rollbit wallet. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your chosen payment method.

Rollbit processes all verified withdrawals as promptly as possible. The time frames listed above are targets, not guarantees; in unusual circumstances — such as high withdrawal volumes or additional verification requirements — processing may take longer. Rollbit will communicate any delays proactively.

Rollbit reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your mobile wallet, or proof of the deposit source. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.

Rollbit offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and the ongoing Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is activated, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Most Rollbit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion description. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain games or markets may not count towards meeting the wagering requirement — this is stated in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from your account at the end of the bonus period without further notice.

Referral Programme. The Rollbit referral programme pays a sign-up bonus and ongoing commission when you invite friends to register and make qualifying deposits. A referral is only credited to your account if your friend registers via your unique referral link, creates a new account, and completes a minimum first deposit of Rs 500. Rollbit reserves the right to withhold referral rewards if it detects that a referral was self-generated, involved duplicate accounts, or otherwise breached these Terms.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Rollbit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited in error.
• Cash winnings generated before a bonus is applied are not affected by bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to abuse any promotional offer — including placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

All bets placed on Rollbit — whether on sports, cricket, esports, live casino games, poker, or Aviator — are subject to the product-specific rules available within the relevant section of the platform, as well as the general rules in this section.

Bet Acceptance. A bet is only considered accepted and active once Rollbit has confirmed it in your bet history. If a bet does not appear in your history, it was not successfully placed. Rollbit is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Void Bets. Rollbit reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event or match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours.
• The odds or market was offered in clear error (a "palpable error"), including typographical mistakes that resulted in odds significantly different from the correct market price.
• Evidence emerges of match-fixing, fraud, or irregularity in connection with the event.
• A technical fault caused bets to be placed at incorrect odds without the player being informed.

Live Betting. Live in-play bets on Rollbit are subject to slight delays between the real-world event and the odds update on our platform. Rollbit reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension are void.

Aviator. The Aviator crash game on Rollbit uses a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins and is cryptographically verifiable. A player's failure to cash out before the crash does not constitute a technical error — it is the outcome of the game as designed.

Casino & Poker. All casino and poker games on Rollbit operate according to the rules displayed within the game interface. Rollbit's live casino is governed by the dealing rules specific to each game. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or spin will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Rollbit. Engaging in any of these behaviours — regardless of intent — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Rollbit account or assisting another person in doing so to benefit from sign-up promotions multiple times.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including but not limited to coordinated bonus clearing, matched betting specifically designed to clear Rollbit bonuses, or structuring deposits to exploit deposit match offers repeatedly.
• Collusion in Poker: Sharing hole-card information with other players at the same table, intentionally folding to benefit a partner, or using any external communication to gain an unfair advantage in poker.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that allows unattended play or provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Rollbit platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. Rollbit reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback against a Rollbit transaction. Rollbit reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.

You may close your Rollbit account at any time by contacting support@rollbit.cc. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

Rollbit may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months. Rollbit will send a reminder email before taking any action on an inactive account.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, Rollbit reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. The player will be informed of any decision and the grounds for it.

Rollbit takes responsible gaming seriously. This is not a disclaimer we add reluctantly — it is a genuine operational commitment. Our responsible gaming tools are built into the main account dashboard and are free to use at any time, without having to contact support.

The following tools are available to all Rollbit account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that alerts you after a specified session duration. This is not a hard cutoff — it is a gentle prompt to take stock.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further play using real-money funds is paused until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Rollbit platform for a minimum period of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is frozen and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Rollbit will also unsubscribe you from all promotional communications.

Rollbit collects and processes personal data as part of normal account operation. This includes the information you provide at registration, your transaction history, your gaming activity, and device and connectivity data used for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Rollbit uses your personal data to:

• Operate and maintain your account.
• Process deposits and withdrawals.
• Verify your identity and age as required by KYC obligations.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Send you promotional communications where you have opted in.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Rollbit does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required. Rollbit provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rollbit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including claims related to a lost bet, a technical fault, or a failed withdrawal — shall not exceed the amount of any affected transaction.

Rollbit is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your side.
• Decisions you make in gameplay — a losing bet is not a technical fault.
• Third-party delays in payment processing beyond Rollbit's control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or infrastructure failures.

Rollbit reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or via an in-platform notification displayed at next login. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

If you continue to use the Rollbit platform after the revised Terms have come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
