Account & Registration

Visit rollbit.cc and click Register. The form takes less than two minutes to complete — you will need your email address, a Pakistani mobile number, a password, your full name, date of birth, and your city. After submitting, an OTP is sent to your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. You can deposit and start playing straight away. There is no charge to register.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Rollbit account. The registration form checks your date of birth and will not allow under-18 registration. Rollbit takes its age verification obligations seriously — accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately, with any balance returned to the deposit source. If you are 18 or over, you can register without restriction.

No. Rollbit enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Operating multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and bonuses forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

To change your registered email or Pakistani mobile number, contact support@rollbit.cc. For security reasons, changes to primary account identifiers require identity verification. Our team will guide you through the process and update the details once your identity is confirmed. Changes to mobile numbers usually take less than 24 hours to process.

KYC is only required when withdrawals exceed a certain threshold or when a routine security review is triggered — it is not required simply to register or play. When KYC is requested, you will typically need a clear photograph or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back), and possibly a selfie holding the CNIC. Documents are reviewed by our team and processed within 1–3 business days.

To permanently close your account, contact support@rollbit.cc and request account closure. Any real-money balance will be returned to your most recently used payment method before closure. If you are closing your account for gambling-related reasons, consider our self-exclusion option on the Responsible Gaming page instead — this provides longer-term protection and prevents re-registration.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number. A reset link or OTP is sent within seconds. The reset link expires after 15 minutes. If it does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or request a resend. If you still cannot access your account, contact support@rollbit.cc with your name and date of birth for manual assistance.

Username changes may be requested via support@rollbit.cc. Note that your username is separate from your legal name — legal name changes are not permitted once verified as they form part of your KYC record. Username change requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to the new username not already being in use on the platform.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled from your account security settings after login. Once active, every login will require both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it adds a significant layer of protection to your account and your PKR wallet balance.

After several consecutive failed login attempts, Rollbit temporarily locks the account as a security measure. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you believe the attempts were made by someone other than yourself, contact support@rollbit.cc immediately — do not wait for the automatic unlock. Deposits & Payments

Rollbit supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no foreign currency conversion fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant; IBFT transfers may take 1–2 hours depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on Rollbit is Rs 500 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Rollbit, though individual payment providers such as Easypaisa and JazzCash may apply their own per-transaction limits. If you need to deposit a larger amount than a single mobile wallet transaction allows, you can make multiple deposits or use IBFT bank transfer instead.

Log into your Rollbit account and go to the cashier/deposit section. Select Easypaisa as your payment method, enter the amount (minimum Rs 500), and confirm. You will be directed to complete the payment via your Easypaisa app or by entering your Easypaisa PIN. Once confirmed on the Easypaisa side, funds appear in your Rollbit wallet instantly. Make sure the Easypaisa account number matches your registered Rollbit mobile number to avoid delays.

If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes (or 2 hours for IBFT), check your transaction history in the cashier section first — it may be pending. If it shows as completed on your payment provider's side but has not arrived, contact support@rollbit.cc with your account username, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method, and the transaction reference number or screenshot. We will investigate and resolve it, usually within 2 hours.

Rollbit does not charge any deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider — particularly banks for IBFT transfers — may apply their own transaction charges. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers within their stated free transaction limits are generally fee-free. Check with your payment provider for their specific fee structure. All amounts are in PKR with no currency conversion applied.

Yes. JazzCash is one of Rollbit's primary payment methods and is fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals. The process is identical to Easypaisa — select JazzCash at the cashier, enter the amount, and authorise the payment via your JazzCash app or USSD code. Deposits are typically confirmed within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Your JazzCash number should ideally match your registered Rollbit mobile number.

Your first deposit of Rs 500 or more automatically triggers the welcome bonus offer. The bonus is credited to your bonus wallet within seconds of the deposit being confirmed. Withdrawals

Log in, go to the cashier, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Rollbit is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by Rollbit, though very large withdrawals may prompt a standard KYC review before processing. For players who have not previously completed identity verification, withdrawals above a certain threshold will require CNIC documentation before the funds are released.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually processed within 5–15 minutes of submission. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–4 hours, though some banks process them overnight. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check your cashier history for its status and contact support if it shows as pending for longer than expected.

Rollbit's standard policy is to process withdrawals to the same method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. If you no longer have access to that payment method — for example, a cancelled card or a changed mobile number — contact support@rollbit.cc to arrange an alternative withdrawal route. You may be asked for additional verification in such cases.

If your withdrawal has shown as pending for longer than 2 hours (for mobile wallets) or 6 hours (for IBFT), contact support@rollbit.cc. Include your username, the withdrawal amount in PKR, the payment method, and the date/time of the request. Common causes of delays include a KYC verification that needs to be completed, a discrepancy in the account name versus the registered name, or a temporary issue with the payment provider.

Rollbit does not charge withdrawal fees. Your withdrawal amount in PKR is transferred in full to your chosen payment method. As with deposits, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees on the receiving side — particularly for IBFT transfers. Easypaisa and JazzCash receipt of funds is generally free.

Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount converts to real-money balance which can then be withdrawn normally. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its terms. Real-money balance (your own deposits and winnings from those deposits) can always be withdrawn without wagering restrictions.

Withdrawals may be reversed if the payment provider rejects the transfer — common reasons include an incorrect account number, a name mismatch, or the receiving wallet being inactive. A pending KYC requirement can also pause a withdrawal until identity documents are provided. You can bet on the current over's run total, the next wicket, the result of the next ball, and many other markets while the match is in progress. Odds change rapidly during live play — especially around wickets and boundaries — so decisions need to be made quickly during in-play sessions.

Pre-match bets are settled as soon as the result is officially confirmed — usually within 30 minutes of a match ending. Live in-play markets on specific events (e.g. next wicket, over total) settle immediately once the relevant event occurs. Winnings are credited to your real-money wallet as soon as settlement is complete. You can view the status of all pending and settled bets in your account's betting history section.

If a cricket match is abandoned, cancelled, or does not produce a result through no fault of the players (such as rain interruptions), Rollbit voids the relevant bets and returns your stake to your real-money wallet. In the case of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results in rain-affected matches, the DLS result is treated as the official outcome for match winner markets. Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets where it has been enabled. When cash-out is available for a bet, a "Cash Out" button appears next to that bet in your open bets section. The cash-out value reflects current market odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on the match situation. Cash-out is not available on all markets — availability depends on the specific match, market type, and current game state.

The minimum bet on cricket markets at Rollbit is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and match — they are displayed on the betting slip before you confirm your bet. For high-profile fixtures such as Pakistan vs India internationals or PSL finals, higher maximum stakes are typically available compared to domestic warm-up fixtures.

Aviator Game

Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier starts at 1x and increases as a plane climbs higher. Your objective is to cash out before the plane flies away (the crash point). The longer you wait, the higher the potential multiplier — but if the plane crashes before you cash out, your bet is lost. Rounds last anywhere from a fraction of a second to several minutes. You can place one or two simultaneous bets per round with different cash-out targets.

Yes. Aviator on Rollbit uses a provably fair algorithm — the crash point for each round is determined before the round begins using a cryptographic hash that can be independently verified by players. This means neither Rollbit nor the game provider can manipulate when the plane crashes. The verification method is available within the game's fairness settings so any player can check the result of any round.

Yes. Aviator includes an auto cash-out feature where you set a target multiplier (e.g. 2.5x) before the round starts. If the plane reaches that multiplier before crashing, your bet is automatically cashed out at exactly that value.
